The efficiency with which Sparklean operates depends largely on how we manage our clearing staff. This is accomplished through four steps:
Create plan for work to be performed so cleaning team understands, performs and meets work objectives.
Effectively and efficiently organize work to accomplish all contract requirements.
Through regular scheduled & unscheduled on-site inspections, we ensure that nothing is overlooked and work is carried out according to plan/contract.
Areas requiring improvement are communicated to cleaning team members from on-site inspection in order to rectify any deficiencies immediately.
